#Review: Saunders Supplies from Shoplet.com #shopletreviews

Not too long ago I told you my secret about coveting office supplies and how much I like them. Well, just a couple of days ago, I received more in the mail from Shoplet.com Wheeee....

This time it was like opening one of those awesome Christmas presents you sometimes get. You know what I mean, the one with one big thing and a bunch of little stuff. Yeah, that kind.

Most of the stuff was inside of this, the Saunders SlimMate Storage Clipboard

This time I received the following items for review:

*Saunders SlimMate Storage Clipboard
*Recycled hard back clipboard
*UHU Glue Stic
*UHU Glue 'n Style Pen
*UHU Tac Propower
*UHU Tac HomeDeco
*UHU Tac Adhesive Putty

As soon as I opened everything up, I started in using it. I like to do a lot of art-y stuff and having the UHU Glue Stic and UHU Glue 'n Style Pen was just what I needed.

The UHU Glue 'n Style is nice to have as I can just put a pinpoint of glue on something or I could make a whole line of glue. The glue comes out clear and once it is on there, it does not come off.

The UHU Stic is also great to have because I can use that over or on top of pieces that I am gluing down on my artwork and the glue will not show. When you first use it, the glue looks blue but it dries clear.

Since I have been getting all these postcards in the mail I was able to use the UHU Tac to hang them up with. I also have a map which fell down the other day. I used this stuff on the back of it to hang it back up...no problem staying up! The UHU Tac is strong and seemingly reliable.

I am sure I will have many more projects and art work to hang up in the near future. Not to mention around Christmas time the UHU Tac will be quite handy to hang up decorations.

As mentioned I received two different kinds of clipboards. The first is a small hardback clipboard. I have not used it quite yet but it is small enough I can put my papers on it and use it right next to my laptop.

Finally, I also received the SlimMate Storage Clipboard that had all the stuff mentioned above inside of it. Scroll up again to the top and you can see my husband holding that product. This item came in pink which of course I like but it comes in different colors to choose from.

Here my husband and I talk about the product.

#Review: Bedtime Bliss Sleep Mask #bedtimebliss

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

I don't know about you but when I sleep, sans insomnia, I like to have a little bit of light in the room. I do not need much but just a smidgen.

My husband, Tamirisc, is exactly the opposite, he cannot sleep unless it is completely dark. He does not even want to see the light from our bedroom alarm clock.

What are you supposed to do when this happens?

Well, the solution for him is a sleep mask but not all sleep mask are the same.
Lo, and behold I received the opportunity to review the Bedtime Bliss Sleep Mask.

The company has this to say about the Bedtime Bliss Sleep Mask:
*Patented contour design allows for complete eye movement
*Total blackout
*Will not smudge makeup
*Rest on the face around the eye and does not touch the eye
*Adjustable straps to fit all head sizes
*Does not interfere with REM sleep
*Light weight and washable
*Fits nicely into purse or travel case

Tamirisc was very excited to try out this sleep mask. After what seemed like a restful nights sleep for him, I asked him on video what his thought were. Please watch!

As you can see we both liked this product and certainly do recommend it. Two thumbs up!

#Review of Square by Square from Thinkfun

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

I love to play games. I like the challenge of them and how they keep my mind working properly. uh hmm...
I have made many a homemade games but love to play the boxed ones too.

That is why I was excited to receive this fun pattern game Square by Square from the Thinkfun company. This game comes with:
*Game grid with storage chamber
*60 cards
*8 blue piece
*6 green pieces
*Game-go bag

The Square by Square game is slated for children 5 and up which seems to be about right, although, I could see for a younger child it may not hold attention very long.

Square by Square is a challenging game with 60 patterns that challenge children to think while they are using the manipulative pieces that help them with fine motor skills. Thank goodness it comes with a bag to hold all the pieces otherwise, I could see the pieces getting lost really quick.

On each card it states what the child is making. This is a nice plus for the emergent child reader and writer. Also, there are a couple of hints on the back of each card that helps the child that may be stuck and to help boost their confidence to complete a task.

One other plus for this game is that it is meant for the single player. This means that a child is only challenging his or herself and is not under the normal pressure to win as many games do. The fun is in self discovery and learning.

Learn:
*Spatial reasoning
*Discover multiple solutions
*Perseverance
*Gain confidence

Here is a video review where my husband played the game and his thoughts at the end.

I think overall, I give this a 4 stars as I like the game and think kids would too. This would be something nice to have in the car for short trips as an alternate to other things.

Review of the Disney Game, "Eye Found It!'

I had the privilege of reviewing another game from the company Wonderforge. They have great games and toys for kids of all ages to explore. Make sure to check them out on Facebook too.

The game they sent me is called, "Eye Found It!" It is a Disney game with all wonderful Disney characters. It is for age 4+ but I have to tell you, even as an adult, I had fun playing this game so, I know you will too.

The game board was incredibly easy to put together. It was three pieces and just like a puzzle.

Here is a full review of the game. Check it out! I just know you will want this for your kids for the holidays.
