Monday's Music Moves Me...Goodbye 2015 #MondaysMusicMovesMe #NewYear2016

Hello my friends. Here we are the last Monday in 2015. It seems like it just flew by like that! *snaps fingers* So, many tunes have we played and danced too...amazing.  Yet, we have one more to share before 2015 is a faded memory and we end up with a freebie week. Wow!

So, let's get on dancing shoes on and groove out. Shall we?

First up: This first song is about looking to the future but more importantly, looking from where we have come. It has been a tough year this year for many around the world but we have the technology and know-how to make it a great world for the dreamers of the future if we want to.

Next: This group's song was more of a political statement when it first came out. However, it tests time today as our world still needs to evolve. "Nothing changes on New Year's Day" is a powerful statement but like the song I posted before. We have to want change!

Finally: Happy New Year everyone. Enjoy all that we are given, even for the little things.

Hey, it is Monday and it is time to spin the tunes once again on Monday's Music Moves Me. We are everything holiday music right now. So, put on your jingle bells, a ugly Christmas sweater, and a Santa hat, then hit the dance floor.

I am ready to rock around the Christmas tree with you. This week, Santa is in the Spotlight and ready to jiggle like a bowl full of cherries. Here we go.........

First up: Ole Blues Eyes welcomes Santa in to town!

Next up:These guys rocked the rooftop off for Santa!

Finally: This one Santa is rocking the house himself! PS> This one is for you Dave Moody aka Music Dude!

LOOK BONUS!!!!
Christmas Day falls on Friday. Jesus being born into the world is the reason for Christmas. It is a time to celebrate even when life seems bleak. This week is the fourth week of Advent and the theme is PEACE. Let us all strive for it and celebrate. (note: he speaks for 2 minutes prior to the music but his words are beautiful too.)

Merry Christmas Everyone! Your Loyal Elf, Naila Moon

This awesome sampler box lets you try 12 different flavors of hot cocoa without buying 12 different boxes. I loved having so many new flavors to choose from and found several that I really enjoyed that I would never have thought that I would like.  While they were all awesome I loved dark chocolate of the Midnight Cocoa and the hint of strawberry in the Strawberry Charleston Chew the most. I am so glad that I had the opportunity to try them and look forward to snuggling up on the couch and enjoying a cup of Hot Cocoa wit my sweetheart as the weather gets colder.

Monday's Music Moves Me...The Holiday Version Part 2 (3rd week of Advent)

Hey, it is Monday and it is time to spin the tunes once again on Monday's Music Moves Me. We are everything holiday music right now. So, put on your fancy-schmancy clothes, take off your shoes, and put on some jingle bells, then hit the dance floor.

I am ready to rock around the Christmas tree with you. Here we go.........

First up: I forgot to wish all my Jewish friends a Happy week of Hanukkah this past week. (For those of you that do not know, tonight Dec. 14th is the last night.) This one is for you!

Next up:  I shared this on Facebook but I have to share this here too. Since discovering this singer awhile ago, I have loved his musical talents. This version of a song I love is incredible!

Finally: This week begins the third week of Advent with the theme of "Joy". So, to honor that theme I will share this with you.

Happy Holidays! Your Faithful Elf, Naila Moon

Cave Tools High End BBQ Tools Set #Review

BBQ grilling season pretty much ended in August around here but in my family grilling can be any time of the year. Heck, if there is snow on the ground, my family will still get out there and grill something up.

My Son and Son-in-law are the ones who like to do the cooking on the grill and that means they want the best tools they can find. I want them to have the best too because I know if they do, I will get the best dinner ever.

That is why I was happy when Cave Tools asked me to review this set of high end BBQ tools for grillings. My Son-in-law decided just the other night to cook us up some pork steaks and brats. I have given him the set for Christmas early and he went to town with them. He loved the feel of the stainless steel and how they are heavy duty. That translates into a product that is going to stand up to the tests of time and hot BBQ grills.

Just look at the sharpness of these BBQ Cave Tools. See that serrated edge? That right there gives my son-in-law the needed edge to flip those grilled burgers like a boss and them not fall apart.

One more thing, clean up on these great tools was a breeze. I simply washed them in hot water and soap and they cleaned up quickly and are ready to use again. We like these a ton!

#Review: Panda Planner (Non-Dated Daily Planner) #pandaplanner

If you are like me, you keep something handy either in your purse or glove department to keep you on schedule. Usually mine is huge and half the time does not even fit in my purse. That is why I am glad to have this new planner called the Panda Planner.

This gem has it all for every kind of planning anyone needs. I am telling you, it is packed full. In fact, it is actually too much for me but that is not a negative in anyway. We all use planners in different ways, it is just I use mine for a simpler kind of lifestyle.

In this planner there is space for:
>Daily gratitude journaling
>Top priorities for the day
>Daily schedule
>Exercise, focus, and affirmation boxes
>Weekly calendar (non-dated)
>Monthly calendar (non-dated)
>Project section
>Notes/follow-up section
>End of the day review
In addition, the company sends free e-books to help you along your journey.

There are 290 pages of heavy duty paper in this book which is a lot but in truth, translates to 6 months. That is really the only draw back I have to the Panda Planner, as I would like to have a planner that last at least 12-18 months. However, again, not necessarily a drawback as all of us plan differently.

I highly recommend this planner. LOOK! If you go there and purchase right now, they are having a two for one special. This is because the company worked with another company for the paper used in the planner and it did not send the right quality of paper that they want for the Panda Planner. This is a win for you.

It also shows to me that the company cares about the product they send out. They care that their customers are happy and will work with you to ensure you are. How do I know this? Because I received several emails from the company's owner who wants to make me happy just as the reviewer.

Disclosure: I received this item at a deeply discounted price in exchange for my open and honest opinion. The views expressed here are 100% my own and may differ from yours. ~Naila Moon

Christmas Watch...Day 3

I don't know about you but sometimes I just need to play a little music from Michael Buble. Do you know what I mean?

Recently, I came across the new piece duet with Idina Menzel. The music is sweet but the video is even sweeter. On a night like tonight, this is a perfect song!

Sound Intone I68 Stereo Headphones with Microphone #Review

I have reviewed several different pairs of headphones and I have to say, these Sound Intone I68 Stereo Headphones with Microphone are one of my favorites. I liked that I had an array of choices when it came to choosing a color. I chose orange and really do love them! I like the fact I can hear quite well with these headphones as I use Skype a lot and need to be able to hear the calls. That is not an easy task for me in the least.

I mentioned the color too and it is worth mentioning again. The colors are bright and can be seen which I think is great if you are using them at night. The black padding is comfortable on my ears and stays put where I need them. My grandkids loved them too because, on their smaller heads, the headphones do not fall off.

I like that it has some volume control on the headphones. Again a nice feature, however, I think the absolute best feature is that the headphones fold up. Yep, they do. This allows for me to put them in a small space of storage and not worry about them getting stepped on. Yes!!

Great product and nice company too.

Christmas Watch Day 2 & A Birthday Wish

It is day two on my Christmas/holiday watch. I have been gathering paper up all over the place as my grandson is tearing it up. That is fun, no?  Speaking of which, the toddler turns the big 3 today.  I am pretty sure he is not all that impressed.

This is the first time I have been with him for his birthday. See what I mean, not impressed.

Happy Birthday my dear one!

So, music of the day. One hour of classics to help you wrap those presents and spread some good cheer. Or in my case, rewrap!
