Inside Out Opening In Theaters June 19th! #InsideOut #Disney #Pixar

Inside Out is opening in theaters on June 19th. I think it looks like a fun movie and family friendly. Until it opens Disney/Pixar is sharing some fun recipes and games that are related to the film. Check these out and look below for complete information about the film.

Voice Cast:                                                       Amy Poehler, Bill Hader, Lewis Black, Mindy Kaling, Phyllis Smith, Diane Lane,
                                                                                    Kyle MacLachlan, Kaitlyn Dias
Director:                                                           Pete Docter
Co-Director:                                                      Ronnie del Carmen
Producer:                                                          Jonas Rivera
Screenplay by:                                      Pete Docter, Meg LeFauve, Josh Cooley

Do you ever look at someone and wonder what is going on inside their head? Disney•Pixar’s original new film “Inside Out” ventures inside the mind to find out.

Based in Headquarters, the control center inside 11-year-old Riley’s mind, five Emotions are hard at work, led by lighthearted optimist Joy (voice of Amy Poehler), whose mission is to make sure Riley stays happy. Fear (voice of Bill Hader) heads up safety, Anger (voice of Lewis Black) ensures all is fair and Disgust (voice of Mindy Kaling) prevents Riley from getting poisoned—both physically and socially. Sadness (voice of Phyllis Smith) isn’t exactly sure what her role is, and frankly, neither is anyone else.

When Riley's family relocates to a scary new city, the Emotions are on the job, eager to help guide her through the difficult transition. But when Joy and Sadness are inadvertently swept into the far reaches of Riley’s mind—taking some of her core memories with them—Fear, Anger and Disgust are left reluctantly in charge. Joy and Sadness must venture through unfamiliar places—Long Term Memory, Imagination Land, Abstract Thought and Dream Productions—in a desperate effort to get back to Headquarters, and Riley.

Directed by Academy Award® winner Pete Docter ("Monsters, Inc.", "Up"), produced by Jonas Rivera, p.g.a. ("Up") and featuring an original score by Michael Giacchino ("The Incredibles," "Ratatouille," "Up"), Disney•Pixar's "Inside Out" opens in theaters on June 19, 2015

Notes:
·       Director Pete Docter is the Academy Award®-winning director of “Up.” He made his directorial debut with Disney•Pixar‘s smash hit “Monsters, Inc.,” which was nominated for an Academy Award for best animated feature film. Along with John Lasseter and Andrew Stanton, Docter developed the story and characters for “Toy Story,” Pixar‘s first full-length feature film, for which he also served as supervising animator. He served as a storyboard artist on “A Bug’s Life” and wrote the initial story treatment for “Toy Story 2.” As one of Pixar Animation Studios’ key creative contributors, Docter garnered an Academy Award nomination for his original story credit on Disney•Pixar’s Golden Globe®- and Oscar®-winning “WALL•E.”
·       Jonas Rivera produced the Academy Award®-winning “Up,” for which he was nominated for best picture. Prior to “Up,” he had worked on nearly every Pixar film since joining Pixar Animation Studios in 1994, beginning with “Toy Story” for which he served as production office assistant. His subsequent credits include “A Bug’s Life” (as art department coordinator), “Toy Story 2” (as a marketing and creative resources coordinator), “Monsters, Inc.” (as art department manager) and the Golden Globe®-winning “Cars” (as production manager).

Monday's Music Moves Me 5/25/15 #MondaysMusicMovesMe #MemorialDay

Welcome back to Monday's Music Moves Me. It is Memorial Day here in the States so, I want to give a shout out to all those who serve but more importantly today to remember all those who gave all for serving our country, you are not forgotten.

So, having said that, did you miss me last week? Yeah, I had a bit of blip in the system and did not get things posted. Honestly, I don't even know what happened. Anyway, here I am on a theme week no less. This week we are all about inspirational music to lift us up.

As it is Memorial Day, my first song is dedicated to those who have died for us but also to those who continue to serve our country. I am proud of all of you.

Next: I was contemplating some of those songs that lift me up and this one came to mind.

Finally (but not inclusive) I will go with this one. Seriously, there are so many songs!

Introducing Alphabe Thursday with the letter "A"

I know that you all put up with me in April for the A-Z blog challenge and thought I might have been off my rocker for doing two blogs at the same time. However, this is NOT it!

I want to introduce you (if you have not already met) Jenny Matlock. She is the host of Alphabe of which I have partaken in before. Every Thursday she "studies" a new letter in the alphabet and just about anything goes. Really!

Some people post photographs, some write, do art, whatever you want as long as it goes with the letter. She was near the end when April came around. So, I waited.

Here it is again for round 11 and back to "A". I think I will do this round with ART that I make that begins with "A". Well, at least that sounds like a plan.

So an entry I did awhile ago I will start with and then forward make new art. Join me for the fun and link up.  ~Naila Moon

#MondaysMusicMovesMe...It is all about Mom!

”Photobucket”border=”0

Hello and Happy Monday! Crazy week last week but I am moving on into the new and fresh month with vim and vigor. Watch out because I have grand-kids tailing me so, you might see them in many post from now on.

Well, the official Mother's Day is over but we here on the 4M's are still playing tribute with some fine music all about Mom. Our theme this week is songs that have the word, Mother, Ma, Mom or remind you of your Mother.
Hey, that is just how we roll. So sit back or hit the dance floor and spin the tunes with us.

Hmm....let me see what I have up my sleeve.

The first song comes to mind is an oldie which introduced a new singer by the name of Smokey Robinson!

Next up, I found this yesterday. This is actor Sean Hayes and hubby doing a lip sync in honor of their Mom's. It is hilarious but also well done. I have to send you to Facebook to see it as YouTube does not have it yet. I'll wait...it is work it!

Bext, It just would not be right if I did not have the Muppets chime in.  Here is Animal singing his tribute to Mama!

Finally, I found this song which is a beautiful tribute to Mom's who are single and struggle.

BONUS: Because I had too...

#Review & #Giveaway: Dial Baby Body & Hair Wash/ Dial Kids Foaming Hand Wash #Dial #PurexInsiders

I have always thought it was a child's job to run, dream, play, and get dirty. Frankly, they need to enjoy life before all the other things kick in. When I was a very young Mom, my kid's did just that. As a now young Grandma, the grand-kids are doing that too.

I taught pre-school for years and getting dirty was just part of the fun for the kids I had to care for but it also meant washing hands a lot for not only the kids but me too. Dial soap was one of the products I counted on to get those hands clean and body too. See above? My grand-daughter scraped her hands outside and has to get cleaned up. The less germs the better!

I come from a long line of family who have used Dial and still trust the product as much today as I did as a young Mom.  So, I am glad the Dial family of soaps has come out with two new products for young children.

The first is the Dial Kids Foaming Hand Wash. My 5 year old granddaughter can push the pump herself easily. Out comes the perfect amount of gentle foaming hand wash she needs just for her hands to get nice and clean. Since there are no artificial dyes in the soap, I can trust she and her cousin will be safe every time they make those childhood messes with their hands. The nice watermelon scent is a plus too.

The second of the new Dial for Kids products is the Dial Baby Body and Hair Wash. My grandson is 2 and he has a bit of sensitive skin. He also loves his bath with all the rubber duckies he can get in the tub. The nice thing about this of the product line is the body soap is of a gentle formula so I know, he can enjoy those ducks but get nice and clean too and us not have to worry about his skin getting itchy Since it is also tear free, washing his hair with no soap in his eyes is a breeze.

This is targeted for 0-2 year olds but in my opinion, it could be used for the older child or adult.Case in point, I used this the other day and it felt gentle on my skin. The Dial Baby + Hair Wash is:

hypoallergenic, ph balanced, no parabens ( a class of widely used preservatives in cosmetic and pharmaceutical productsand a gentle tear free formula.

Again, I can trust that these two will get messy and dirty but they will also get clean but not be harmed in any way. Wouldn't you want the same for your child or grandchildren?

Would you like to win a coupon for one of these products? Enter the Rafflecopter below for your chance at one of two coupons for either a free bottle of the Dial Body + Hair Wash or the Kids Foaming Hand Wash.

Discosure: I received both of these items as a Purex Insider for my open and honest review. The views expressed here are 100% my own and may differ from yours. The first entry in the Rafflecopter is mandatory and it is for you to enter your name and address if you win. This sole entry does not constitute a win for you. You must enter at least one other entry to qualify to win.

There will be two winners drawn at random by Rafflecopter.org. All entries will be verified. The giveaway is open to US residents only. The giveaway runs from 5/8/15 through 5/22/15 You must be 18+ to enter. ~Naila Moon

#Review: Pentel Pens and Mechanical Pencils #shopletreviews

Ever since I worked in a medical records department I have coveted good pens. All the gals I worked with had their own and we were all very careful not to let others use them.

A little crazy? Well, maybe but not all pens are the same and I know when I find one I like, I use it until I cannot use it anymore.

I have been pretty excited to receive the Pentel writing pens and pencils this week. However, before I could barely get one of them out of the packaging, My family started to claim them.

Here my daughter claimed the Retractable Gel Pen before I could get my hands on it. Gel pens are my favorite especially the ones with black ink. I love how they write smoothly and feel light in my hand. Apparently though, I am out of luck for this one. She works as a home aide and needs good pens to write down client needs

My granddaughter has claimed the Vicuna Retractable Ball Point Pens, she said she needed them for her art. Since they come in different ink colors it seemed perfect for her to draw with. The ink flows out on to paper nicely. I had the same thing in mind but I suppose I have now lost these too.

The last thing in my box was the Twist-Erase Mechanical Pencil. Now, I can certainly use that as I like to write in my daily calendar in pencil just in case there are a change of plans, I can always erase. Apparently, they hold up better than those back in the day. Maybe I can manage to keep this but I never know, there is always the rest of the family!

Well, I guess next time! *grins*

Disclosure: I received all of the items as described above from Shoplet.com for my open and honest review. The views expressed here are 100% my own and may differ with yours. ~Naila Moon
