Live Infinitely Resistance Loop Bands #Review #liveinfinitely

Not too long ago I received these Live Infinitely Resistance Loop Bands to review. Honestly, I was really excited because I was and am in major need of some sort of exercise.  It is often difficult for me because frankly, my body does not like me but, that is no excuse!

Even though it may not look like it at first glance, these bands are strong and really can give you a work out if used properly. Like weights they come in a variety of pounds ranging from light to extra-extra heavy.  Since I was going to use these for my legs (which hurt constantly with arthritis) and for my arms, I thought I should start with probably the lightest.

I was correct in that assumption and these bands helped me to stretch my legs with in due time, can only give me a better strength. I am sure that I will probably be able to move up at least the next level if I can manage to take more sincerity in working out.

Another nice feature of the bands is that it tells you right on the band what weight it is. This is great because then you do not have to have some manual to tell you what to use and you can switch quickly as needed.

These things are strong and durable. Looking above with my leg stretching, you can tell that I stretched that band and it could have gone a little further. Bottom line, it means they won't break with use. Win!

Finally, the entire set of bands come in a storage bag that will keep them all in one place for the next time I use them.

I like these resistance bands and hope to use them much more soon! I recommend getting a set for you too!

#Review: Live Infinitely Muscle Stick Roller #liveinfinitely

I had previously reviewed a different massage stick and I can honestly say, this one is comparable. I do think this one is a little longer than the other one though, which is nice.

The rollers on this stick are larger and manage to get a larger space on tight muscles. The roll fairly smoothly. The end handles are slightly grooved for a tight grip as you roll the stick over the length of your muscles. That is a plus in my mind because you certainly do not want to hit someone who is already hurting.

You can easily roll this by yourself or with someone doing it for you. There is not much strength needed to get the deep tissue massage that the company says you will get. I like that a lot!

The only thing I think I might have liked is little spiky things you often see in massage balls. They seems to really help with loosing up things.
Overall, this is a really nice muscle stick and worth getting and feeling ahhhh!
