I like a delicious dessert once in awhile. Who doesn't? However, I don't need a whole cake, or pie or name your favorite dessert here. That is why getting a chance to look through the 101 Mug Cake Recipes was just awesome!
Every recipes that is included in this book is made in a mug of choice, just like the title suggests. I can have all the yummy goodness I want within minutes. Really! Most all of the recipes take less than just a couple of minutes to whip up, throw in the mug, and microwave. Genius!

The only problem I do have is there are no pictures in the book. I just think cookbooks of any kind should have pictures.
