One of the things I love about music is its total diversity. Seriously, there is something for everyone unless you live under a rock. This is true for Halloween music too.

Today I am spinning tunes about zombies. I find zombies fascinating even though they might want to eat my brains! Ha! Zombies come from all walks of life...um, dead and so does the music about them.

This first song is hardcore rock. I have not heard of the group before but I did enjoy rocking out with them. I hope you do too.  Here is Wednesday 13 with, "I Walked With  A Zombie"

This next song is by the group HorrorPop. They have a funky mix of sound that truly makes this song fun. The song is all about acceptance. She enjoys the fact the person she is singing about is a zombie.

"Walk Like A Zombie" resonates with me.

Halloween Countdown Day 19...Zombies

We have all heard about the zombie apocalypse. Well today I was downtown Denver and they were taking over! I was not sure what to do except...take photos and video!

Day 22...BRAINS!!!

Halloween is almost upon us my ghoulish friends. I am back with another week of Halloween spook-tacular stuff. This is day 22 here in the crypt.

Today I want to talk to you about something so delicious. BRAINS!!!!

Ok, ok...I don't really want to talk about BRAINS!!! Yummy...um, I mean what I really want to talk about is the zombie fest Tamirisc and I went to over the weekend.

It really was a ton of fun. I estimate about 7000 people were downtown and yes, most of them were zombies!  Here, take a look.

Day 8...Why?

It is 5AM and I am up blogging. Well, actually, I have been up since before 3AM. I am up with sore throat, coughing and sniffling.
I thought maybe if I perused Facebook that would help. 


Do you have any idea who is on FB at that time of the morning? NOBODY!  At around 4AM a friend of mine popped on to say good morning to me. She told me she meditates at that time before going out for her morning run at 5AM. Little nuts perhaps? Nah, really she is a good person. Ok, yeah, nuts too.


So, I decided I would play Angry Birds then. That game is so addictive!  Does anyone have a clue as to why they are angry?  

Then I played Zombie Attack or something like that. I don't know really, I was just trying to pass the time and possibly get back to sleep. Apparently though, this is a huge issue...see? *chuckles*

Finally, I thought maybe if I come here and blog my entry for the day, I might actually get sleepy. Guess what? I am...but...I am also now...hungry! sigh.
