S is for Soul Mate/Silly/ Songs/ Sonny and Cher #atozchallenge

I have a soul mate is Tamirisc. He can be silly at times, but makes me laugh. He sometimes drives me up the wall but he almost always has my back. He supports me 100% in the things I do. For example, I am here in MO but he is still at home in CO.

I miss him when I am away but I also know he will be there when I get back. He loves me just the way I am and that makes such a world of difference. I am a lucky woman no doubt!

I love you Honey!

The music from the couple Sonny and Cher seems rather appropriate today! The song, "I Got You Babe" is no doubt a winner for this post. :)

Review: St. Patrick's Day Shirt.com

I know we are only just barely into February but I think it is ok to talk about St. Patrick's Day now. Who doesn't need a little good luck of the Irish all year long anyway? 

I recently got a chance to review a t-shirt that hopefully brings some luck.
The company that sent it to me is saintpatrickdayshirts.com who have a fabulous array of St. Patrick's Day shirts. They have men's, women's and kid's shirts and hoodies too.

Their tees are printed on high quality soft cotton and have great color. They are lightweight and feel comfortable.Their site did say that the women's sizes do come slightly form fitting with the men's sizes being standard and some of the hems may very depending on the shirt you choose.

My husband and I perused through all the shirts  just so he could find the right one for the St. Patrick's Day celebration that is to come in March. In the Denver area, they do that up big so, you want to be wearing your favorite luck shirt!
I think he was happy with his choice.

#Thankful Thursday...11.7.13

Usually this time of year I do a daily thankfulness day. This year, I decided not to do.

Why?

Well, I could say something clever like I am thankful every day and do not need to do so just in November.
Which is kind of true but it would also make me look like a complete schmuck.

Truth is, I just plain did not want to. I really have no reason why or why not.

However, as today is my usual post for Thankful Thursday, I do have something to say about that.

This is my beloved Tamirisc from Chronicles from the Man Cave. We have almost completed 5 years of marriage this year come December.

I am grateful for his music loving, sci-fi, Doctor Who, Star Trek, cat loving, TV junky, crazy self. He makes me happy.

He does laundry. He cleans.
He loves me sometimes even when he is not sure how.

I am lucky. I know. Most importantly, I love him and he loves me.

I am so, so grateful for that.

Wordless(ish) Wed....Halloween day 23

Coming by today on this Wordless(ish) Wednesday to sweep the bats out of the belfries.  Ok, not really but definitely to share a photo with you of someone I have always known to be a little "bats" since I married him! bwa ha ha ha
