We have been going to the beach a lot lately. Every time we go, we take a long our new extra long picnic blanket. It is simply awesome to have. The blanket has a few features that are perfect with such outings.
As I said, the picnic blanket is very large. It measures 60 x 80 which allows plenty of room for several adults to sit around it or a couple to sit on it. The grand-kids have already enjoyed sitting on it so they can play in the sand.
The nice thing is it is waterproof too. For example, this happened the first weekend we took the blanket to the beach...
Even with all that rain coming down, the blanket did not get wet underneath because there is waterproofing that is sewn right into it. As you could see from the video, when I pulled the blanket up off the sand, it was still dry underneath.
Another great feature is how easily it folds up. One person can easily do this. It simply folds in half and then half again. Then you just take it and fold it is quarters. The blankets Velcro snap keeps it all together and then it can be easily carried with the attached handle.
When we were done, we tossed the blanket in the trunk and it was ready for the next time we went to the beach. We love this and it is a winner for the beach or those spur of the moment picnics. Don't miss out on this one. You can buy it on Amazon HERE
