You can find one of the giveaways here on my blog or on Colette's blog. The other one can be found on Xmas Dolly and Stacy's blogs. Just in case you are wondering, the giveaway here is for a large Kindle cover & Michael Phillip Cash's book, "The Flip". Also there is 30 days of free advert on my blog for a lucky winner too. Good luck now let's dance!
This week is a freebie week. My hubby started recollecting record albums a couple of years ago and we have been listening to some of the "new" ones he just purchased this past week. (No, I am not old!)
So, I thought I would share some of his albums with you.
Link up music here. Giveaway is below.
First up: One of my favorite duos: The Carpenters. You do know they were brother and sister, right?
Next up: This duo I loved ever since I was a young kid: The Captain and Tennille. Too bad that they did NOT stay together after so many years.
Next: Kenny Rogers has always been a favorite even before he got into acting. This particular album was of his greatest hits. I like all of the songs on the album but this is the one I am sharing today.
Let's see: There are truly so many albums to choose from but I am going to finish up this week with Linda Ronstadt. This song was written by Hank Williams.
Hope the music was good for you this week. Don't forget to enter the giveaways.

Nice bit of nostalgia there Naila haven't heard the Captain and Tennille one since I was 21 which was only last week :-)
Have a nostalgictastic week :-)
I use to love the Captain and Tennille Show. I liked the watermelon clips. Was he a detective? Not sure. :)
Great tunes.
Great songs. Thanks for sharing.
I love the Carpenters. It is so sad what happened to her. Thanks for sharing and for the linkup. I have not been here for a long time, but wanted to rejoin. ;)
I loved Captain & Tenille when I was a kid, too - I used to sneak a radio under my pillow and fall asleep with an ear piece in listening to them...heh!! Great choices! Thanks for the dance! :)

Oh I love Kenny Rogers!
Music never means you are old dahling.
Thanks for rocking!
Great hits there. I went through a big Kenny Rogers phase in the early to mid-80's.
