Review: Pilot Pens from #Shoplet #shopletreviews

I've said it before and I will say it again, I adore office supplies. Getting new pens makes me especially giddy, why, I don't know. I suppose I just love the colors and especially the feel of them as I write.

I used to work in an office where pens were gold. I swear some of us coveted them so bad we almost had chains on them to not get them stolen. Ok, so I am exaggerating a bit but not much.

I was really excited about receiving a whole box of Pilot pens in my mailbox. Can you tell by the look on my face up above? Serious happiness right there! I received 10 different pens in all via Shoplet.com  So, let me tell you about them.

This pen is called the Dr. Grip Frosted Pen in purple. It is so new that even Shoplet does not have it on its website. The pen has a nice soft grip for writing smoothly, It felt good in my hand. The ink in it is black and writes almost as smoothly as a roller ball pen.

This next group of pens is called the Acroball Pure White Advanced Ink pens. I was a little confused by the name of these pens because when I started to write with them, I expected to have the ink be white ink. I was disappointed in that. What it really is the color of the pen itself. The ink is actually black. However, the pen writes smooth and has a nice little grip spot in the three colors shown above.

This next set of pens is called the Acroball Colors Advanced pens. These boast to be hybrid ink, which honestly, I am not sure what that is. It also says right on the package that the ink is vivid. The package came with three colors: red, blue, and black. I chose to try out the red first and as you can see, the color shows up real nice. The smoothness of writing is very much like a roller ball pen except these click off and on. I liked these a lot!

The last set of pens I received is called the Acroball Pro Advanced Ink pens. This was also three different colors of ink pens and again, hybrid ink. Apparently, the ink is concocted in such way that the ink flows smoothly on to whatever surface you're writing on. I would have to agree, it does. I liked the color of the blue pen I tried out. It seems to be vibrant too which I think is really nice for document work. It did not smear anymore than the others pens. Again, this set is for me.

I am one happy gals and will have some great pens for personal and business use. Now, I just need to hide them from others so I don't lose them.

Thanks, Shoplet and Pilot!

I love a pen that has a smooth roll.

Oh man, I'm SO jealous you got a whole box of new shiny pens! I'm such a sucker for office supplies myself so this would be like Christmas for me, too :D

I love these pend too! I not only love the way they feel in my hand, they write so smooth too. I use them at work and I never have that hand fatigue you get from using those cheaper stick pens. If you can find them locally in bulk, grab them because your price per pen goes down a ton.
