Mondays Music...'Amore'

It is a VERY early Monday here (and I am sitting in a hospital with my daughter-long story for later)and what better thing to do when I cannot sleep than to introduce my Mondays Music Moves Me.

This week is the theme of Amore. Of course that is quite appropriate since Valentine's Day is this week! ;-)  What better way to start out than with this song:

Next up ( a tribute to Whitney):

Finally a nod to the love of my life:

Dean Martin had such a smooth voice, didn't he? I love That's Amore! Almost everyone has paid a tribute to Whitney Houston today, but me. Shame on me, right? It has made me realize just how much she'll be missed, but her music will play on the radio for years to come. Thanks for linking up today.

That Dean Martin song is a timeless classic! So sad about Whitney, isn't it? I'd never heard that last song, but I love it! :) Great choices, Naila! :)

AWwwwwwwww I have been singing A Bushel & a Peck to my granddaughters since they were a babies. I changed the last line to you bet your dirty neck I do & I would tickle their neck every time we sang those words. I haven't heard that song since I was a kid & Dino well my Gram & Mom swooned every time they heard him sing That's Amore. Great choices & Whitney! What can I say, She was the top of the line the Queen of song the world will miss her terribly.
