Hey everyone. It is going on the 3rd week of January. Can you believe it? Here we are at another rocking out day of Mondays Music with Xmas Dolly and her train crew.
This week I am the Spotlight Dancer again and I get to dance with you this week to music to exercise with. Now, that seems like a seriously good topic especially for those of us that want to stick to our New Year resolutions and lose a few pounds.
