O is for Odd/Oods/Optical Illusions/Ozzy #atozchallenge

odd
├Ąd/
adjective
  1. 1.
different from what is usual or expected; strange.

Now, given this definition, one would think many places, people, or things is odd. However, I was noticing the part of the definition that says "expected". What does that mean exactly?

For instance, something I may think to be perfectly normal or expected may seem very odd to you. Take the
for example.

You many see this species as different. They are.  Maybe even something to be feared. That could be true or it may not. You may even wonder where they have come from or what they want.
For me, I see them as a different species from me but maybe not so odd as I know they come as characters from Doctor Who.

Does that make them lesser? Ah, that is where the definition of "odd" comes in to play. For some, the Ood are creatures to admire and even dress up in for role playing. For others, they probably think you have flipped out!

Ok, for something else odd.

Have you ever seen optical illusions? You know, those things that trick your eyes and mind. Check out these.

How is this stacked?

Just because it is Johnny Depp?

Which way is she going?

Now for the music:One of the oddest singers still performing years later is Ozzy Osbourne.

  1. I was just thinking about Dr. Who last night and wondering when it is going to start back up again. The Ood were odd.
