*D

I have had this pink rubber Ducky for a little more than a year now. I just thought it was just the cutest. I would not let my grand-daughter play with it (because she actually collects rubber ducks) and put it on a shelf for awhile.

I thought it needed a home so I put it in my house plant. Yeah, I said my plant. I am not sure why I thought the plant would be a good place for my rubber duck (maybe it is because I am crazy like that) but there it has been for the better part of the year. The rubber duck took good care of my house plant and "lived" in harmony with the vines...that is, until yesterday.

A few weeks ago, I came across a Pinterest idea that peeked my interest. The idea was a indoor tiny water garden.

I decide to take an old coffee pot I had (remember, I said I was a bit crazy) and make my garden. I got the following things together.

I bought my plants at Petco. The butterfly light I had bought at Lowes, not thinking it would eventually go in this garden. The rocks and coffee pot were free!  I arranged the plants after putting the rocks in, submerged the butterfly and added water.

I then added my rubber ducky into its new water home and finally...

...it was able to "swim" around happily and I had a new indoor water feature.

Peace...Naila Moon
